Michael Myers... Freddy Kruger... Casey Anthony?

Casey Anthony is once again making headlines, but this time for the nearly one million dollar offer...

...for her face.

Yes, she is this year's Snooki when it comes to the high demand for a Halloween costume.

The description on Ebay where the mask was just sold could not be any more fitting:

"Forget Freddy, Jason [and] Meyers, here's your chance to scare the *#&% out of everyone and win every costume contest with this amazing Tot Mom latex rubber mask, possibly the most frightening mask on the planet."

In addition to that description above, the seller, identified as "Prophunter," also urges that, "This one is in excellent condition and it is numbered six of nine. ... No matter what your opinion of the trial is, this is still one heck of a conversation piece."

How will people react to this though? Is the death of an innocent 4-year-old child becoming more of a joke than anything?

When the bidding ended on Wednesday, the final bid was for $999,990, according to the Sun Sentinal.

So who is this mysterious person that dropped almost ONE MILLION dollars on this mask? The buyer is only identified as "9***6." Hmm... that's no fun!

However, it is probably smart that they concealed their identity, seeing as the amount of outrage sparked by Anthony's innocence could also score this mysterious person a couple of death threats as well.

Here's the mask with extra accessories included.

Casey Anthony GUILTY of Providing False Information, but INNOCENT of MURDER

Proof beyond reasonable doubt... was not found.

However, she was convicted of providing false information to law enforcement officers. AKA, lying.

The evidence that follows, did not suffice:
  • Hair binding, human composition, and traces of chloroform found in Anthony's car.
  • Google searches of the terms "neck breaking" "Chloroform" and "death."
  • The Heart shaped stickers found at the scene of Caylee's body, also found in her house.
  • Diary entry that said:
The following diary entry by Casey Anthony is dated "June 21" and reads:
I have no regrets, just a bit worried. I just want for everything to work out OK. I completely trust my own judgment and know that I made the right decision. I just hope that the end justifies the means. I just want to know what the future will hold for me. I guess I will soon see – This is the happiest that I have been in a very long time. I hope that my happiness will continue to grow– I've made new friends that I really like. I've surrounded myself with good people – I am finally happy. Let's just hope that it doesn't change.[57]
  • Traces of duct tape found on nose and mouth of Caylee.
  • Clubbing and going out while Caylee was missing.
  • Accusing her father of sexual abuse.

Evidence of remains given at the trial

HOWEVER:

According to the New York Times,
"Investigators found no trace of DNA or solid signs of chloroform or decomposition inside the trunk of Ms. Anthony’s car, where prosecutors said Ms. Anthony stashed Caylee before disposing of her body." Key word: SOLID. There was no SOLID PROOF. Same goes for the fact that the prosecutors did not give a SOLID explanation for Caylee's reason of death.

The jury followed the rules of the judicial system. Was it flawed? On who's part? Why was her body decomposing for six months before they actually found her?

"The prosecution was also hurt by the fact that nobody knows exactly how Caylee died; her body was too badly decomposed to pinpoint cause of death," http://www.nytimes.com/.

Casey Anthony: Greatest Actress of All Time?

Casey Anthony's murder case seems to be taking over news outlets all over the country. We are captivated by her pathological lies and her ability to deceive so effortlessly.

Why is she the best actress of all time? Not only has her case spread to entertainment based sites like People.com and Eonline.com (which indicate the ENTERTAINING aspect of this story), but she has taken on the persona of an innocent woman.

Casey Anthony is someone that I am truly afraid of. Not because she is believed to be a murderer (which is obviously terrifying), but because of her ability to live in this alternate reality she has created. Her conflicting stories and inconsistent conversations with her parents are characteristic of this bizarre case. "She lies when she doesn't have to," said a Today Show correspondent.

The 25-year-old is charged with seven counts in her daughter's murder; including first degree murder, aggravated child abuse and misleading police. If found guilty, she is facing the death penalty.
Anthony has recently been shown feeling victimized and expressing her anger towards the whole situation. She feels as if she is being treated unfairly.

"Nobody's letting me speak," says Anthony. "Give me three seconds to say something. ... My entire life has been taken from me. Everything has been taken from me." Oh that's funny. Your daughter would probably be saying the same thing if you didn't leave her to rot in your Pontiac Sunfire. (Just venting, sorry),

Anyhow, Anthony's attorneys are now claiming that she was sexually abused by her father (who she expresses her deep love for in past Jailhouse videos), which contributed to her reckless behavior prior to the knowledge of Caylee Anthony's disappearance. Apparently, she was out partying and doing hot body contests after she found out that her daughter was "missing." I can't speak for everyone, but usually when someone's child goes missing, the mother's focus is on finding that child, not partying. (Once again, that's just my opinion).

Every day, new and alarming evidence surfaces that questions Anthony's sanity. I feel like this case will be a long one, seeing as the jury selection alone took well over two weeks. If that's any indication of the longevity of this trial, Anthony may die of old age before she's even sentenced.

All I'm saying is, I can't wait for the movie.
