NSE India

The High Court of Delhi Tuesday directed Competition Commission of India (CCI) to provide the National Stock Exchange (NSE) a full copy of its 25 May order including dissenting notes, if any, which held the bourse guilty of non competitive practises.
While observing that any interim order passed by CCI using an inquiry should include a dissenting note the court directed the counsel appearing for the regulator to furnish a detailed copy of its order including the views of the dissenting member by Friday.
Justice S. Muralidhar also directed NSE to file its response to the show cause notice issued to it on the alleged anti-competitive practice by CCI. NSE has to file its response within five working days after Friday.
Senior counsel Arvind Nigam appearing for NSE contended that the material provided by CCI did not include the view of all the members. "What they have given me is not even signed by one person. How can I know who is with me or against me," he argued.
"I must know where is the disagreement. If something is not in my favour I am entitled to a copy of the dissenting view," he added.
Meanwhile, during the hearing of the matter Justice S. Muralidhar also observed that CCI can put the order passed by CCI on its website so that no one has to file a petition before court to get the order.
Earlier on May 16 NSE had approached the High Court seeking a copy of the investigation report based on which CCI had issued a show cause notice alleging that there was evidence of abuse of dominant position and adoption of unfair practices in Currency Derivatives trading.
In compliance to the court order directing it to provide the detailed copy, CCI had on May 25 furnished a 140 page investigation report to NSE.

MHADA Online Lottery 2011

MHADA
Maharashtra Minister of State for Housing, Sachin Ahir, today said that the state government has asked the housing body, MHADA, to ensure that under-construction flats are completed within the stipulated time. Ahir said he had received complaints that even after allocating flats to the beneficiaries under lottery system, they cannot move into new houses due to incomplete works by the housing body. "Their loan instalments are deducted every month. But, they cannot go and stay there since the flats are not ready. Many a times formalities like water connection and (issuing of) occupation certificates are not completed," Ahir said on the sidelines of the online lottery held by the MHADA (Maharashtra Housing Area Development Authority) today for allotment of around 4000 flats located across Mumbai and suburbs. Salman to take on SRK 2011

Salman to take on SRK

Shahrukh Khan has finally decided to speak up after the famous clash of the titans at Katrina Kaif’s birthday bash. One too many reasons for her to remember her 24th birthday.

Shahrukh Khan talking about his brawl with Salman Khan said, “I think like a father, while Salman thinks like a child!”

“There is not much common between us, we think differently, we speak differently. We have spent a good time together. But with time, that fact has got blurred. We are happy in our worlds. If we come together it is good. If we don’t it’s even better. We are not friends.”

SRK who was targetted by Shiv Sena for supporting Pakistani cricketers to take part in IPL, the Shiv Sena has asked SRK to apologize for his remarks or else they will disrupt the screening of his flick My Name is Khan.

However good old friend Salman Khan has stood up for SRK and feels that he doesn’t need to apologize to Shiv Sena, Salman said, “Shah Rukh doesn`t owe an apology to Shiv Sena”.

Salman Khan & Srk at an awards function in the old times.

As per the latest reports, Sallu has termed Shahrukh as a very ” insecure person

Amongst all the Khans – SRK, Salman and Aamir who do you think does more for charity?

Salman Khan is upset about whole drama between Shah Rukh Khan and him and the way it was carried out or presented in the media. He compared Media people with Dog not specifically all but few who wrote stories blaming Salman Khan for initiating the argument with Shahrukh Khan. He urged his fans to ignore negative reporting about him and look for true picture.

“For the next few days you will hear and read a lot of stuff about me, a lot of it. Keep on reading it, but don’t react to it. I don’t,” Salman wrote on his blog.

He further said that “Read all the negatives and read till they get tired of writing. Everyone goes through this, but not for long. I say just look good, feel good and do good, that’s it.”

When it came to her career, Katrina would always take Salman's advise. (in case of Singh is Kinng, Salman pushed her to sign the movie as he had a hunch that it'd be a hit) But after the katrina has started taking her own decisions. As a result she has signed movies with SRK and Yash Raj Films. But the whole Hullabaloo being created around it is so not fair. As a successful actress she can take her own decisions. If Katrina does a film with SRK, she won't leave Salman. Their relationship is strong and they are professional actors.

Check this picture of Karisma Kapoor with sister Kareena Kapoor at the Nach Baliye 4 show, where Karisma Kapoor is one of the judges. They are dressed in similar dresses, no points for guessing, designed by which fashion designer. They both look pretty, but who looks prettier is for you to decide.

ghajini_01.jpg

Ghajini is a very powerful film despite all its flaws. It is a powerpacked blend of a solid concept and script along with strong film-making and of course the knockout performance of Aamir Khan – the very USP of the film. So all you people out there if you have even an iota of doubt whether Aamir Khan is No. 1 in India… Watch Ghajini. He is unmatched in the film. He leads the league of extraordinary actors in India. I would even go on to say that he is the Robert Di Niro of India.

Check out Salman’s interview with a leading Indian daily. He gets quite candid and talks about anything under the sun!!

The feature of this plan is that it offers to cover parents and in-laws of the principal insured besides spouse and minor children, Senior Divisional Manager Sudhakar Joshi told reporters.

He said this is a defined benefit policy meaning that benefits are fixed in terms of policy conditions and are payable irrespective of the actual amount spent on treatment.

Besides, benefits are payable regardless of the life insured getting reimbursement under any other scheme from his or her employer or any other insurance company.
