Following the BP's tragedy in Gulf of Mexico, a new explosion was recently reported from the Mariner Energy oil rig offshore facitlity. It is situated in the western portion of the first incident that earns the attention of the world especially from the environment activist group because of its global impact which spread immediately in other part of the nearest ocean and shores.
